We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. 6.2. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the product and delivery address. These charges and timescales will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. 7.2. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 7.3. Custom-built PCs and special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

8. Warranty

8.1. All our products come with a three-year warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 8.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as power surges or accidents. 8.3. To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

9.1. KingdomPCS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. 9.2.
