At KingdomPCS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

2.1 You have the right to return any item purchased from KingdomPCS within 14 days from the date of delivery. This applies to all products, provided they are in their original condition.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3.2 Items that are damaged or show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

3.3 Custom-built PCs or any products that have been customized to your specifications are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5.1 You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we have made an error with your order.

5.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Processing Your Return

6.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

6.2 If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

7. Refunds

7.1 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
